Co-Founder & Head of PoSH Compliance Services
Nancy Seth leads the PoSH Act Compliance Services at Crekk Ingenious Solutions Pvt Ltd with a deep sense of purpose and professionalism. An MBA in Human Resources, she brings both subject matter expertise and a strong commitment to building safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaces.
In her role, Nancy serves as an external member on Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs), offering strategic guidance and hands-on support to ensure full compliance with the PoSH Act. She actively participates in committee meetings, conducts inquiries, oversees necessary documentation, and ensures timely government filings.
Driven by a passion for HR and employee well-being, Nancy plays a vital role in fostering respectful work environments for Crekk’s clients—where dignity, equity, and legal integrity are always upheld.
