Temporary Staffing
- Issuing of Appointment letters to all the employees.
- Salary will be transferred through NEFT to their Bank A/C’s directly by 7th of each month.
- Employees will be issued with Pay slips every month.
- Leave will be given to all as per client leave policy.
- Statutory Bonus will be paid to eligible employees.
- Experience letter will be issued to the leaving employees.
- 100% compliances will be done as per the Haryana Labour Laws (CLRA/ MW Act /PW Act/ Maternity Benefit Act).
- Any employee becomes eligible for Gratuity, will be paid as per Law.
- Any Leave encashment due to employee will be paid as per Laws.
- Any other Benefit under Labour Laws not covered above & accrued to employees will be given with prior consent, of client.
- Mediclaim policy will be taken for the employees as per the Guidelines of the client for the amount to be covered; Amount is reimbursed by client.
- Employee compensation policy if required will also be obtained for the employees not covered under ESIC Act., amount for the same is Reimbursed by client.
- Separate PF Challan will be provided for client employees.
- Employees will also be provided with PF Slips and UAN numbers/ PF a/c numbers/ ESI TIC / BMC.

Payroll Outsourcing
- Advisory Functions of Payroll related matters
- Ensure deductions of all relevant amounts as per applicable statutory laws like Income tax, Provident Fund, ESI, Labour Welfare fund, Professional tax etc.
- Provide timely details for deposit advice of TDS, PF, P-Tax, ESIC and LWF.
- Compute and provide the full and final settlement, in case of severance of employment based on dues certificates duly signed & other details provided to the team by HR.
- Provide consolidated reports for accounting, payment/ bank transfer advice.
- Year End Activities – collection and vouching of Tax Proofs & statutory compliances, issuing Form 16.
- Reconciliation of payments/statutory deductions etc. with books of accounts on quarterly basis.
- Crekk shall maintain & keep all payroll related records in proper manner and arrange to provide the same as & when the need arises. Crekk shall transfer the same to client on Annual basis.
POSH Act Compliances
- Policy Drafting & Customization – Drafting or updating POSH policies tailored to the organization’s structure and culture.
